An organisation operating in the healthcare industry and based in Moorabbin, 3 days from the office is required.

Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyse and interpret data to identify trends and insights for project planning.
• Support the development and implementation of technology solutions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for project updates.
• Assist in testing and quality assurance processes to ensure system effectiveness.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the technology department.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.

Profile

A successful Junior Business Analyst should have:

• A background in business analysis for technology inplementations
• Experience working in Healthcare
• Experience with SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central Payroll or other HRIS
• Ability to come 3 days to the Moorabbin office (non-negotiable)

Job Offer

• Competitive salary package between $80,000 and $100,000 AUD (non-negotiable), excluding superannuation.
