Junior Business Analyst

For one of our leading clients in the financial sector, we are looking for a Business/Data Analyst to join the Mobility Business Line.

In this role, you will help drive business performance by delivering insightful reporting, supporting commercial teams, and coordinating key business initiatives within a fast-paced mobility environment.

Location: Brussels (Hybrid)
Remote: Up to 90% remote

Your responsibilities

• Consolidate and improve business performance reporting.

• Build and maintain dashboards and KPI monitoring.

• Support Key Account Managers in tracking action plans and commercial performance.

• Coordinate business projects related to the Mobility Business Line.

• Prepare steering committee materials and governance reports.

• Monitor performance indicators such as volume, margin, profitability and pricing.

• Identify risks, raise alerts and contribute to business decision-making.

• Establish structured and actionable reporting frameworks.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or similar role.

• Strong experience with business performance reporting and KPI monitoring.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

• Experience creating executive reports and dashboards.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

• Experience in Consumer Credit, Banking or Financial Services is a strong asset.
