With headquarters in Europe (Portugal) we are now opening our two new offices in the USA, located in Pasadena (California) and Greater Washington D.C area.

We are looking for a "Hunter" who is hungry for success. While prior experience in drones or deep tech is not required, we require a specific personality profile that thrives in high-pressure, high-reward environments.

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following characteristics:

• Total Dedication & Availability: This role requires extensive international travel. You must be ready to live out of a suitcase. You must be free of personal logistics that prevent spontaneous or long-term travel.
• Exceptional Articulation: You will be the face of the company. You must be able to command a room, present complex technology to investors and clients with charisma, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Executive Presence: You must present yourself with a high level of professionalism, polish, and physical presentation that reflects the cutting-edge nature of our technology.
• **High Energy & Resilience:**You are a "people person" who can handle rejection, pivot quickly, and maintain a positive attitude while working long hours.
• Strong Desire to Rise: You are ambitious. You want to grow fast, earn fast, and take on leadership responsibilities within a short timeframe.
• **Willingness to Hustle:**You understand that in a start-up, you do what needs to be done. Sometimes that means making cold calls, sometimes that means carrying drone equipment, and sometimes that means working weekends to close a deal.

What You Will Do

• Identify and engage new business opportunities across North America (with a strong focus in the USA).
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, client meetings, and demo days globally.
• Work directly with the founders to refine the sales strategy.
• Travel frequently to meet clients face-to-face (this is not a desk job).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree not strictly required (Business, Marketing, or Engineering background preferred but not required).
• Fluency in English (additional languages are naturally a plus).
• Valid passport and the ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
