To further expand our international commercial activities, we are looking for a Junior Business Developer Pharma with a strong commercial drive.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive Commercial Growth: Actively contribute to the expanding commercial footprint of Delta Group across target markets.
• Identify & Develop Opportunities: Proactively research markets, uncover new business opportunities, and initiate contact with potential partners.
• Client & Partner Management: Support and build out both new and existing commercial partnerships, ensuring long-term relationships.
• Market Analysis: Participate in detailed market analyses, identifying key trends, trade opportunities, and price developments.
• Negotiation & Execution: Support commercial negotiations, finalize agreements, and ensure thorough follow-up on deal conditions.
• Margin & Volume Monitoring: Closely track key commercial parameters, including sales margins, deal volumes, and targets.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to translate strategic commercial goals into concrete actions.

Your Profile

• Experience Level: Junior profile (first relevant experience or a strong, demonstrable ambition for a sales/business development role).
• Affinity: Strong interest in or experience with the pharmaceutical sector, sales, or trade/commercial environments.
• Language Proficiency:
• Professional fluency in Spanish is required to manage targeted international trade markets.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
• Professional working proficiency in French is highly desirable / a strong asset.
• Command of German or other additional languages is considered a valuable plus.
• Skills: Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation mindset.
• Traits: Result-driven, stress-resilient, agile, and comfortable making fast decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
