Key Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development team in daily business development and client servicing activities.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, and other business documents.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient client service.
• Maintain and update client databases, business records, and related documentation.
• Assist in preparing reports, meeting materials, and business correspondence.
• Support client meetings, business visits, and other business development activities as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Insurance, Economics, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in insurance, brokerage, reinsurance, or financial services is an advantage.
