Junior Business Development

About the role

This role involves assisting in developing and implementing business development strategies to grow the company's customer base, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with existing and new clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing business development strategies to grow the company's customer base
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities
• Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents
• Follow up with clients and prospects to develop business opportunities
• Attend client meetings and site visits when required
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients
• Monitor sales activities and provide regular updates to management

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer service is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and comfortable communicating with clients
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willing to travel for client meetings when required
