Junior Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
• Assist senior BD team members in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
• Maintain and update client databases, leads pipeline, and sales reports.
• Support in managing client relationships, follow-ups, and regular communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, recruitment, etc.) to ensure client requirements are met.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• 3+ Year of experience in Business Development in Consulting or Service based organisation
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of sales processes and business development fundamentals.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
