Position Overview

As a Junior Business Development Executive, you will support the team in identifying potential clients, developing business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential corporate clients
• Generate new business leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms
• Contact HR professionals, hiring managers, and business decision-makers
• Understand client hiring needs and introduce suitable recruitment solutions
• Arrange meetings and follow up with potential clients
• Maintain and develop positive client relationships
• Work closely with the recruitment team to support client requirements
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and business activities
• Assist in achieving business development and sales targets
• Keep updated on market trends and potential business opportunities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Commerce, Public Relations, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, is a MUST
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and comfortable communicating with clients
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
