Junior Business Development Executive

About the role

Ssquad Global is looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Executive to support our growing IT & Cybersecurity business. The role involves supporting business development, lead generation, and new client acquisition within the IT & Cybersecurity sector.

Key responsibilities

• Support business development, lead generation, and new client acquisition
• Identify and follow up on potential business opportunities
• Assist in engaging with CXOs, CIOs, CISOs, and IT decision-makers
• Promote IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Managed Services
• Identify and track tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and quotation opportunities
• Assist in preparing tender submissions, quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation
• Coordinate with internal technical, presales, and commercial teams for tender and quotation requirements
• Monitor submission deadlines and maintain tender/quotation records
• Support client follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Assist with customer relationship management and post-submission follow-ups

About you

• 6 months–2 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, IT Sales, or B2B Sales
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales interest may also be considered
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Interest or basic understanding of IT/Cybersecurity solutions is an advantage
• Target-oriented and proactive approach
• Valid eligibility/work authorization to work in Malaysia
