Junior Business Development Executive

About the role

Lion Medical Pte Ltd is looking for a proactive and driven Junior Business Development Executive to support our growing presence in Singapore. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building customer relationships, supporting marketing activities and identifying potential customers, distributors and business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and customers.
• Manage customer follow-ups, meetings and sales enquiries.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, samples and sales proposals.
• Maintain and develop customer and distributor relationships.
• Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions and industry events.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and sales activity reports.
• Coordinate with Singapore Operations and China HQ on customer and product requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, marketing or a related role
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proactive, organised and comfortable working independently
• Good written and spoken English
• Mandarin is an advantage
• Healthcare/medical industry experience or contacts are an advantage
