Working Hours : ONSITE, Monday - Friday ( 09:00 - 18:00 ) & Saturday ( 09:00 - 12:00 )

About the Role

PT Apollo Fruit Indonesia is looking for a logical, analytical, and detail-oriented Junior Business System Analyst to monitor and improve the reliability of our existing internal ERP system. This role will focus on identifying system errors, validating business logic and data flows, and coordinating with users and system developers to ensure the system functions in line with actual business processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor the internal ERP system across Purchasing, PH, and Admin Operations, identify errors, and investigate root causes.
2. Check system inputs, calculations, and workflows to ensure they follow logical business processes; flag inconsistencies and recommend improvements.
3. Coordinate with users and developers to resolve system issues, test fixes, and verify that the system works as expected.
4. Maintain issue logs, prepare SOPs and weekly reports, and communicate system procedures and updates to users.

Requirements

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Systems, Information Technology, ComputerScienceor a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business/system analysis, software quality assurance (QA), ERP support, or IT application support or internship with huge experience.
• Strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills , have can do attitude.
• Active English proficiency in both written and spoken communication (mandatory).
• Basic understanding of databases, SQL, and data flows.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced operational environment.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of supply chain, purchasing, warehouse, or import-export processes.
• Experience in system testing, root cause analysis, or process improvement.
