We’re Hiring: Junior Business Development Executive – IT Services

Compensation: PKR 50,000 during probation, followed by PKR 60,000 after confirmation, plus uncapped performance incentives

About the opportunity

QODELEA is an early-stage IT startup looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Executive to help us connect with potential clients, create new business opportunities and grow alongside the company.

This is not just another sales position. You will work directly with the founders, learn how technology businesses acquire international clients and have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as the company grows.

What you’ll be doing

• Finding potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach and online research
• Preparing customized proposals, introductions and follow-up messages
• Qualifying leads and understanding their business and technical requirements
• Conducting introductory and discovery calls with potential clients
• Coordinating with the technical team to prepare quotations and proposals
• Maintaining an organized pipeline of leads, meetings and opportunities
• Following up with prospects and helping convert them into paying clients
• Building long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals
• Meeting agreed monthly activity and revenue targets

What we’re looking for

6–12 months of experience in business development, lead generation, IT sales or Upwork bidding

Strong written and spoken English

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach or CRM tools

Basic understanding of software development, websites, mobile applications, SaaS or digital services

Confidence in communicating with international clients

Good proposal-writing, research and follow-up skills

A proactive, target-focused and learning-oriented attitude

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but strong practical experience matters more
