Junior Buyer

This is a pivotal role in one of our client's exciting growth areas, partnering closely with Buying, Design, Planning and Production to bring commercially successful collections to life across the Middle East. Working alongside an experienced Buying Manager, you'll take ownership of key categories, contribute to range strategy, and use customer insights and trade performance to drive product decisions that deliver results.

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded buyer to gain exposure across multiple categories, work with elevated product and premium fabrics, and help shape the future direction of a growing area of the business. You'll be empowered to make decisions, take ownership, and have a genuine impact on both the product and customer experience.

• Build and develop commercially successful product ranges in collaboration with Design, Planning and Production teams.
• Analyse sales performance, customer trends and market insights to identify opportunities and influence buying decisions.
• Support category strategy and contribute to key commercial trading decisions that drive sales, profit and growth.
• Manage supplier relationships, cost negotiations and margin outcomes to maximise commercial performance.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through to delivery, ensuring products are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
• Participate in fit sessions and collaborate closely with Design to create customer-focused collections.
• Work cross-functionally across multiple departments, building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes.
• Take ownership in a fast-paced environment where initiative, agility and commercial thinking are highly valued.
• Contribute to a high-growth area of the business, helping to shape future product categories and customer experiences.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU OFFER US

• Previous experience as a Junior Buyer, or a high-performing Assistant Buyer ready for the next step.
• Strong understanding of the apparel buying cycle and critical path management.
• Commercially minded with the ability to interpret sales data and identify actionable insights.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confident communicator who can build effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving capability and ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
• Passion for fashion, customer trends and delivering commercially successful product ranges.
