Junior C++ Software Developer

Join our Team About This Opportunity Join our Radio Software Development team and help evolve 5G technology while contributing to innovation on the path towards 6G. We’re looking for developers with a strong interest in C++ to help develop software for Radio Units.

Location: Łódź, Poland | Work arrangement: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do:

• Develop software applications primarily in C++ alongside Java-based test framework development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and test software solutions.
• Contribute to system design, software development, and comprehensive testing of Radio Units.

The skills you bring:

• Strong C++ programming skills.
• A good understanding of Linux-based development environments.
• Familiarity with 4G/5G wireless communications, especially 3GPP specifications.
• Familiarity with essential software development tools, including version control systems, build systems, and scripting languages.
• An understanding of agile software development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with people inside and outside your team.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn about emerging technologies.
