Junior Café Operator

We are looking for a young, motivated and hands-on person to take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a small café within a sports facility.

This is an opportunity for a fresh graduate or junior F&B enthusiast who wants to start their career in the food and beverage industry and would enjoy having the freedom and autonomy to develop their own ideas rather than simply following an existing concept.

The café is intentionally kept small, simple and approachable, with a focus on a few basic beverages, light food and snacks. We are not looking for a professional chef or someone who needs to prepare complicated dishes.

The main focus will be on Coffee, Tea, Smoothies and refreshing drinks, Simple snacks, Light meals, a few creative or signature items.

There is also room to experiment and develop new products based on your own ideas and customer preferences.
