We run face-to-face campaigns for some of the UK’s biggest brands**.** We’re growing and now looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join us as Junior Campaign Managers.

This role is designed for those who want to step into campaign management — developing leadership, strategic, and decision-making skills while gaining hands-on experience. You’ll learn directly from senior managers, contribute to planning and delivery, and take on increasing responsibility as you progress.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing and delivering face-to-face campaigns for national clients
• Monitoring performance, KPIs, and team targets
• Supporting senior managers in planning and executing campaign strategies
• Leading by example, motivating team members, and driving results
• Bringing fresh ideas and problem-solving skills to day-to-day challenges
