Junior C&B Executive

• Implement the HR processes: onboarding, contract handling, rewarding-discipline, resignation. Support to implement the social insurance/health insurance/PIT… tasks. - Participate in proposing, developing policies, procedures of the department and the company. - Guide/answer questions of employees about all compensation & benefits according to the company's regulations and laws. - Participate in organizing training sessions, disseminating company rules and policies. - Other duties assigned by direct management.

Salary: Negotiate. Package: At least 13 months/ year. Review periodically following company policy. Bonus: Tet bonus, project bonus, holiday bonus, HR referral bonus... Seniority allowance (working time from 2 years or more). • 1-2 years of experience in C&B/HR admin role in large company (>500 employees) - Have knowledge and experience of Vietnam law of labor, employee’s insurance - Good at MS office (especially Excel) - Good at English is a plus - Attention to detail, careful and have ability to multi-task
