Role:

• Support the development of category partnerships with major grocery customers including Morrisons, Co-op and Asda.
• Deliver insightful, data-led recommendations that drive category and commercial growth.
• Analyse shopper, category and market performance to identify opportunities and influence decision making.
• Become the voice of the shopper internally and externally, translating data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.
• Support category reviews, customer presentations and strategic projects across the business.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships within a collaborative and high-performing team.

Ideal candidate:

• FMCG experience within Category, Sales or Commercial functions.
• Category Executive or Sales Executive looking to take the next step in their career.
• Strong analytical capability with a passion for turning data into meaningful insights.
• Good understanding of category management principles and retailer engagement.
• Commercially minded with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Circana, Nielsen, Kantar and/or Dunnhumby would be advantageous.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
