What they need
3 Kitchens restaurant based at the beautiful 5 star silver forest boutique hotel in somerset west.
Applicant must have good knowledge of grillings and hot section as well as ability to work cold sections.
Minimum 4 years experience working in a full service grill hot kitchen required.
Ability to cover the sous chef on his off days.
Passion for presentation of food and flavours.
Must live in Somerset West, Strand or Gordons Bay areas to apply and make transport reliable living locally.
