Role Descriptions

• Prepare and execute to the highest standard a diverse menu of food items, including sandwiches and desserts
• Ability to prepare and bake pastries for daily shop operation
• Manage and execute daily kitchen operations
• Refine & innovate production according to seasonality and changing customers need
• Track, maintain and manage inventory and assist in ordering supplies
• Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards (HACCP)
• Participate in training other team members and foster a positive and collaborative environment
• Candidate with more experience might be considered for a chef position

• Passion for food and pastries - simple, well-executed flavours
• Detailed oriented, neat and organised
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• 1 year of commercial kitchen experience
