Junior Cityworks Technical Analyst

On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is seeking a Junior Cityworks Technical Analyst to provide operational support for asset management and permitting applications, including troubleshooting, user support, administration, testing, and system upgrades. Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize platform performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Cityworks AMS and PLL users
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, configuration, and workflow issues
• Investigate and respond to support tickets
• Assist with user support, issue triage, and testing activities
• Support configuration and administrative tasks within Cityworks
• Participate in system documentation and knowledge transfer activities
• Assist with the City's planned upgrade to Cityworks 23.14
• Work closely with the Senior Technical Lead and other business stakeholders

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience supporting Cityworks AMS and/or PLL
• Familiarity with Cityworks 23
• Experience providing application support in a municipal or utility environment is an asset
• Understanding of Cityworks workflows, service requests, permits, inspections, work orders, and asset management processes
• Ability to investigate issues, analyze requirements, and communicate effectively with users
• Experience working with ArcGIS Enterprise and GIS data is considered an asset
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
