Junior Civil Execution Assistant Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Junior Civil Execution Assistant Trainer with 5–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction and site execution. The candidate will provide practical training and guidance to junior staff and trainees on civil construction activities, site supervision, execution techniques, quality standards, and safety procedures.

3. Key Responsibilities

· Provide practical and theoretical training on civil construction and site execution activities.

· Train junior engineers, supervisors, and trainees in day-to-day construction operations.

· Demonstrate construction techniques, including concreting, masonry, plastering, reinforcement, and formwork.

· Explain construction drawings, layouts, and basic project specifications.

· Guide trainees on site measurement, material estimation, and quantity calculations.

· Explain construction quality standards and inspection procedures.

· Train candidates in site planning, work scheduling, and progress monitoring.

· Ensure compliance with construction safety guidelines and site procedures.

· Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback for improvement.

· Maintain training records, attendance, assessment reports, and practical evaluation sheets.

· Coordinate with project teams to align training with actual site requirements.

4. Required Qualifications & Experience

· Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.

· 5–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction, site execution, or technical training.

· Strong practical knowledge of civil construction methods and site supervision.

· Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and deliver hands-on training.

· Knowledge of construction drawings, measurements, materials, and quality control.

· Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.

6. Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in civil construction site execution, practical training, skill development, or vocational training institutes will be preferred.
