Junior Civil Site Engineer

RENO DEVELOPERS Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and motivated Junior Civil Site Engineer to support its ongoing construction and property development projects. The candidate will assist in supervising site activities, monitoring construction progress, coordinating with workers and contractors, and ensuring that work meets quality standards and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and monitor site progress.
• Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, and suppliers.
• Monitor construction quality and proper utilization of materials.
• Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and progress records.
• Assist in estimating material requirements and monitoring material consumption.
• Follow up on project timelines and report delays to the senior engineer.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures.
• Identify and report technical issues and site requirements.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in civil construction or site supervision.
• Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings, building materials, and site execution.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage site activities and work effectively with a team.
• Willingness to travel to and work at project sites as required.

Work Requirements

• Full-time position requiring regular presence at construction sites.
• Ability to coordinate with workers, contractors, and project management teams.
• Willingness to travel to project locations.
• Willingness to work at project locations based on business requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
