About The Role We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Junior Civil / Structural Engineer to join our engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to build a strong foundation in structural engineering, civil construction, design, drawings, and project execution while working closely with experienced professionals.

The selected candidate will work under the guidance of senior professionals and support ongoing structural and construction-related projects. The role is suitable for candidates who have good technical fundamentals, are eager to learn, and want to develop a long-term career in the civil/structural engineering domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with structural and civil engineering projects.
• Support preparation and review of engineering drawings, layouts, and technical documentation.
• Assist in structural calculations, analysis, and basic design activities under supervision.
• Understand and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings.
• Assist in quantity calculations, material requirements, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with senior engineers, architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders when required.
• Conduct basic site visits and assist in monitoring construction activities.
• Help ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Assist in identifying and reporting technical or execution-related issues to senior engineers.
• Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, calculations, and project documentation.
• Learn and apply relevant Indian Standards, building codes, and engineering practices.
• Support other engineering and project-related activities as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of basic civil and structural engineering concepts.
• Ability to read and understand engineering and construction drawings.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Knowledge of structural design software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, Revit, or similar tools will be an advantage.
• Good mathematical and analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under the guidance of senior engineers and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
