Junior Client Account Manager with Italian TA

JUNIOR CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER WITH ITALIAN TA About The Job The Junior Client Account Manager (Italian TA) serves as the primary point of contact for fund investors, handling inbound communications, processing orders, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless client experience. By delivering timely, accurate service and proactively managing complaints, the role safeguards client satisfaction and supports the growth of the firm’s investment fund business.

Key Responsibilities

• Attach procedures and rules in place in the service,
• Affirm knowledge of the systems used and of customers,
• Ensure receipt of calls on the Softphone application and follow-up of all client requests (telephone, fax, email, mail),
• Insure dealing with customer dissatisfaction,
• Manage upward information to the Client Account Manager and the Team Manager for all customer complaints,
• Get telephone orders for funds authorizing this service,
• Ensuring the correct application of the tasks and controls listed in the checklists (daily, weekly, monthly),
• Dealing autonomously with all applications which do not require the involvement of operational teams within the deadlines.

Profile & Skills

• At least 3 year of professional experience (preferred in client facing roles or investment funds)
• Very good interpersonal skills,
• Ability to work in teams,
• Good editorial capacity,
• Knowledge of Office Tools,
• Proficient level of English and Italian
