We currently have an exciting opportunity for anJnr Client Service Executiveto join our ABC Bullion team based in Brisbane QLD.

About the role:

• Assisting and providing clients with knowledge in purchasing, selling and storing of precious metals.
• Provide exceptional customer service with all clients in store or on the phone
• Client follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction of products and services.
• Updating accounts and complete compliance on the sales process.
• Attend to stock take of the showroom and cash room, actively helping in the provision of stock on hand delivery of goods.
• Reporting to management and providing information on the sales process, customer needs and marketability of these goods and services.
• Managing incoming email enquiries and providing support to the client.
• General support to team members.
• Other duties as directed by the State Manager.

About you:

• Customer service orientated
• A positive 'can do' attitude, and a team player
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proven success in servicing customers and listening to their needs
• Highly organised with exceptional communication
