Role Overview We are hiring a high-energy Junior Closer with a BPO background and exceptional English communication skills to convert warm leads into closed deals and hit aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert pre-qualified leads and warm transfers into sales.
• Overcome customer objections and handle pushback with confidence.
• Maintain deal pipeline notes and statuses in the CRM.

Requirements

• Experience: 6+ months in outbound BPO sales or closing.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal English, strong persuasion, and active listening skills.
• Mindset: Target-driven, resilient, and comfortable working night shifts.
