Junior Coach

If you are a graduate of sport science program looking to grow in a private practice and would like to focus on women's health, then this job is for you. Our Junior Coaches conduct comprehensive health & fitness assessments, design and recommend personalized fitness programs, and execute personal training sessions in our different branches across Metro Manila.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coaching: Design and execute personalized training programs for clients in collaboration with fellow coaches. Ensure the proper client progress tracking and monitoring.
• Customer servicing: Ensure all assigned clients are promptly and property managed and serviced, in collaboration with the branch team.
• Mentoring: Assist senior physio coaches and educational consultants in mentoring junior coach team mates as assigned as well as prepare periodic case studies for presentation during regular team learning sessions.
• Branch administration: Assist the branch team with branch administration.
• Marketing and sales: Assist the branch team in executing marketing Initiatives and activities as well as assist in ensuring initiatives performed to hit the set company sales targets are promptly performed and supported.

Other projects as assigned by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of Sport Science program
• Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
• Great communication skills
• Passion for health & fitness
• Strong customer service orientation is a plus
• Interested in a long-term active rehab and health & fitness coaching career within the Philippines
