Junior Collection Agent

This role focuses on supporting business owners with their accounts and resolving payment-related questions through phone, email, and text. • Perform skip-tracing to locate and re-engage unresponsive accounts
• Process payments and address billing inquiries
• Update the CRM to track account activity and communications
• Communicate with business owners to resolve payment issues
• Negotiate and document payment plans and settlement agreements
• Follow up consistently to drive resolution and account closure
• Maintain clear notes on settlement discussions and outcomes
• Collaborate with Legal teams on more complex or escalated accounts
• Provide administrative support for legal-related tasks, as needed
• Strong customer service mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound account-related calls
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Highly organized team player with the ability to manage priorities and work independently
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
