Junior Collections with German

Prohuman is recruiting on behalf of one of its clients for German-speaking professionals who are eager to make an impact, grow their careers, and join a dynamic, results-driven environment.

We are looking for both:

✅ Junior candidates with completed or ongoing studies in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields , even without prior experience

Requirements:

• German language skills – minimum B2 level
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work from our hybrid office in Bucharest

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a portfolio of moderately complex, higher-risk customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Develop and execute effective collection strategies, including call cadence, account prioritization, promise-to-pay tracking, and escalation management.
• Investigate and resolve payment delays by identifying root causes such as billing discrepancies, contract issues, missing documentation, unapplied cash, or customer disputes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to remove payment blockers and facilitate prompt resolution.
• Act as an escalation point for more complex collection cases and customer negotiations.
• Define and manage payment plans, negotiate resolution paths, and secure payment commitments while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement and support business objectives through effective collections management.
