About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Community Manager to join our creative and fast-moving agency team.

If you live on social media, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and know how to turn comments, trends, and conversations into real engagement, we want to hear from you.

You’ll work closely with our creative and digital teams to manage online communities, create engaging content, monitor social platforms, and help build strong digital identities for our brands and clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Publish and schedule content according to the content calendar.
• Respond to comments, messages, mentions, and community interactions in a professional and engaging way.
• Monitor trends, viral content, hashtags, sounds, and emerging social media formats.
• Participate in content ideation and propose creative posts, reels, stories, and engagement concepts.
• Assist in developing and maintaining strong online communities around our brands and clients.
• Track community engagement and provide regular performance insights.
• Monitor competitors and identify opportunities for improving social media presence.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, content creators, and the marketing team.
• Ensure brand tone, messaging, and visual identity are consistent across platforms.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Community Management, Social Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong understanding of internet culture and social media trends.
• Ability to write engaging captions and community responses.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple accounts.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• French and English are required; Arabic/Darija is a strong advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools is a plus.
