About the role
We are seeking a Junior Consultant to join our risk and business resilience consulting team in South Jakarta. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to launch your career in risk, Business Continuity and ESG consulting whilst working on meaningful projects that drive environmental and social impact. As a Junior Consultant, you will support the development and delivery of consulting services to our clients, contributing to strategic sustainability initiatives and helping organisations resilience and improvement practices. This role offers exposure to a broad range of sustainability challenges and the opportunity to develop expertise in a rapidly growing field.

Key responsibilities

• Support the preparation of project reports, assessments and recommendations for clients
• Contribute to the development of project strategies and implementation frameworks
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather data to support consulting projects
• Participate in site visits and audits to assess current practices and identify improvement opportunities
• Support the creation of presentations, proposals and client deliverables
• Collaborate with senior consultants and team members on project delivery
• Assist in identifying and researching trends and regulatory developments
• Support business development activities and client relationship management

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, IT, environmental science, sustainability, business administration, engineering or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesise complex information
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated interest in environmental and sustainability issues
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills in the consulting environment
• Preferred experience: internship or project experience in sustainability, environmental consulting or related fields
• Preferred experience: familiarity with risk, BCM , sustainability frameworks such as ISO 31000, ISO 22301, COSO, GRI, SASB or similar standards
