Junior Content Creator & Marketing Assistant

MOSIDA (Museum of Social Interactive Digital Art) is looking for a creative,

motivated Junior Content Creator & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team in

Wynwood, Miami. This position is ideal for a college student studying marketing, arts

administration, communications, social media, graphic design, or a related field who

wants hands-on experience working inside a growing art and cultural organization.

The ideal candidate is highly creative, social-media savvy, comfortable being around

people, and excited about finding new ways to tell the MOSIDA story through digital

content, community engagement, and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities may include:

● Assist with developing and executing MOSIDA’s social media and content

strategy

● Create engaging photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Stories,

Reels, and other digital platforms

● Capture behind-the-scenes content, visitor experiences, events, activations,

and day-to-day moments at MOSIDA

● Assist with planning and organizing weekly content calendars

● Help develop creative concepts, campaigns, promotions, and community

initiatives

● Assist with social media posting, scheduling, and community engagement

● Research social media trends, sounds, formats, and creative opportunities

relevant to MOSIDA

● Support influencer, creator, and community marketing initiatives

● Assist with event promotion and content creation before, during, and after

MOSIDA events

● Help maintain consistent MOSIDA branding across digital content

● Collaborate with the Community Growth & Events Manager and other team

members on marketing projects

● Contribute creative ideas to help increase awareness, visitation, and

engagement with MOSIDA

What We're Looking For:

● Currently enrolled in college, preferably studying marketing, arts

administration, communications, social media, graphic design, or a related

field

● Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends

● Creative eye and interest in visual storytelling

● Comfortable taking photos and videos on a phone and creating short-form

content

● Strong written and verbal communication skills

● Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment

● Willingness to appear in or help produce social media content when

appropriate

● Passion for art, culture, creativity, community, and/or experiential experiences

● Previous social media, content creation, marketing, or event experience is a

plus, but not required

Position Details

Location: Wynwood, Miami, FL (2401 NW 5th Ave, #3, Miami, Florida 33127)

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week

Schedule: Flexible around class schedules, with some availability for events and

weekend activations

Start Date: As soon as possible

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
