Junior Content Creator – Video & Social Media

We’re looking for a creative junior content creator to help us film and edit engaging social media videos across Arena Group’s company formation, accounting, real estate and interior design businesses.

You’ll work alongside our marketing team, capturing everyday activity in the office and turning our team’s knowledge into useful, engaging short videos. This is a full-time role based in our Dubai office.

Your responsibilities

• Film short interviews, practical tips and behind-the-scenes content in the office.
• Prepare simple scripts and organise filming sessions with the team.
• Edit videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok and LinkedIn, including subtitles, audio cleanup and platform formatting.
• Contribute content ideas and captions, and support the social media calendar.
• Organise footage and prepare finished videos for review.

What we’re looking for

• Practical filming skills using a smartphone or camera.
• Video editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar software.
• An understanding of short-form social media content and storytelling.
• Initiative, attention to detail and a reliable, organised approach.
• Confidence working with colleagues on camera.
• Clear English communication; additional languages are welcome.
• Availability to work full-time from our Dubai office.

You don’t need years of experience. Personal projects, freelance work and a strong small portfolio are welcome. We value creativity, willingness to learn and the ability to get things done.

You’ll gain experience creating content for several businesses, with support from our existing marketing team.
