Junior Content Executive

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Junior Content Executive produces the visual and written content that drives Cariva's lead generation and brand presence. The role combines design, photography and copy across the website, social media, classified platforms and internal communications, reporting to the Marketing lead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Graphic Design

• Design social media posts, stories, carousels, banners and digital ads in line with Cariva and ARENCO brand guidelines
• Create website banners, landing-page visuals and promotional creatives for offers and campaigns
• Produce print collateral such as flyers, showroom signage, roll-ups and event materials
• Adapt creatives into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms

Content Creation — Website, Social and Classifieds

• Write and publish engaging captions, short-form copy and posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok

• Create and update website content, including vehicle descriptions, blogs, FAQs and promotional pages

• Build high-quality vehicle listings for classified channels (e.g. Dubizzle and similar platforms), with accurate specs, compelling descriptions and strong imagery

• Plan and shoot short-form video and reels (vehicle walkarounds, customer handovers, offers)

• Maintain a monthly content calendar and track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, listing views, leads)

  Photography and Editing

• Photograph vehicles in stock to a consistent, professional standard for website and classified listings

• Capture showroom, team, customer-delivery and event photography

• Edit and retouch images (color correction, background clean-up, consistency across listings)

• Edit short videos for social and digital use

• Organize and maintain the photo and video asset library

Internal Branding and Communications

• Design internal documents, presentations, reports and templates in line with brand standards
• Create content for internal campaigns, announcements, sales incentives and employee engagement initiatives
• Support group-level branding needs across ARENCO Automotive brands when required
• Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints

General

• Coordinate with the sales, procurement and marketing teams to gather inputs and meet deadlines
• Support on-ground activations, events and partnership campaigns
• Stay current on social media trends, automotive content and competitor activity

Desired Candidate Profile

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field
• 1–2 years' experience in a content, design or social media role (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio will be considered)
• Automotive, retail or e-commerce experience is an advantage
• A portfolio of design, photography and content work is mandatory

Technical skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom; Canva
• Video editing in Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar
• Hands-on DSLR / mirrorless and smartphone photography
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools
• Familiarity with website CMS platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with AI tools for editing and content creation is a plus
• MS PowerPoint, Word and Google Workspace

Language and personal attributes

• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage
• Strong eye for detail, layout and visual consistency
• Creative, self-driven and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Comfortable working on-site, including outdoor vehicle shoots
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred
