Junior Contract Administrator

The Lorian Group is looking for a Junior Contract Administrator to join a national fitout and refurbishment company based in Brisbane CBD.

With a strong pipeline of secured work across South East Queensland, this contractor specialises in delivering high-quality commercial and government projects ranging from $1M–$5M in value.

Projects vary across fitout, refurbishment and secure environments, offering exposure to technically interesting work alongside an experienced leadership team.

This opportunity would suit a Junior Contract Administrator looking to build their career within a supportive environment that values progression, mentorship and long-term development.

The Role Working closely with experienced Project Managers and Senior CAs, responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with subcontractor procurement and letting
• Processing variations, progress claims and RFIs
• Contract administration and project documentation
• Cost tracking and reporting
• Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and consultants
• Supporting the delivery team across multiple live projects

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
• 1–2 years Contract Administration experience within the SEQ construction market
• Exposure across commercial, fitout, refurbishment or residential construction considered
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Experience using Jonas Premier, BuildPass or similar construction software advantageous
• Ability to obtain high-level security clearances and pass extensive background checks
