Junior Contract Executive

• Collaborate with Executives and Senior Executives, assisting in all fundamental Contract Executive tasks, including valuation, measurement, and quantity take-offs for both pre-contract and post-contract stages.
• Prepare and manage progress claims, sub-contractor payments, and final accounts.
• Support tender activities by preparing tender documents and sourcing quotations and pricing.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to gather necessary information, such as material pricing and commercial terms.
• Identify and engage suppliers and sub-contractors to obtain quotations.
• Monitor and manage materials supply.
• Conduct site visits for valuation and measurement.
• Work closely with project managers to address issues that may lead to extensions of time (EOT), variation orders (VO), or changes in working conditions from those stipulated in the contract.
• Coordinate with contractors and site personnel to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare comprehensive contract documents and maintain accurate records.
• Any other task assigned by the HOD from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building Management, or equivalent.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or candidates with 1-2 years of working experience in a related field.

• Knowledge of construction costing, budgeting, and cost control.

• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, construction teams, and sub-contractors.
