We are an Interior Design & Carpentry Manufacturer with 32 years of experience, and we are looking for an organized, detail-oriented member to join our team and help bring awesome projects to life!

About Us | Your Solid Support System
Based in Sungai Buloh, Selangor, we work closely with developers and interior designers. Over the past 32 years, our dedication has helped us complete over 8,500 projects. Here, you won't just be looking at drawings; you will get real, hands-on experience with construction sites and cost management.

What You may assist: -

1. Help out with taking-off and calculating material/project quantities.
2. Assist in preparing Quotations, Tenders, and contract documents.
3. Follow up on Progress Claims and Final Accounts.
4. Check and compare supplier and sub-contractor pricings to keep costs efficient.
5. Keep all contracts, quotes, and payment documents well-organized.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Background: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fields. Fresh grads are highly encouraged to apply!
• Skills: Know your way around basic Excel and can read construction drawings.
• Personality: Sensitive to numbers, super careful, and responsible. Willing to learn from the ground up.
• Team Player: Good communication skills to deal smoothly with our Project Managers and suppliers. -
• Possess of own transport.
• Bonus: A little bit of internship or work experience in the ID/renovation line is a big plus!

你将负责些什么？(工作内容)：

• 测量 (Taking-off) 及计算项目所需的材料与工程数量。
• 协助准备 Quotation 和 Tender 及相关合同文件。
• 跟进 Progress Claim 和 Final Account。
• 协助核对供应商与外包商的报价，确保成本效益。
• 有序整理与归纳所有合同、报价及付款相关文件。

我们需要这样的你：

• 背景要求：拥有 Quantity Surveying, 建筑管理或相关文凭 (Diploma/Degree)，欢迎应届毕业生 (Fresh Graduate) 申请！
• 技能要求：熟悉基础的 Excel，看得懂施工图纸。
• 特质要求：对数字敏感，做事仔细不马虎；有责任心，愿意从基础学起。
• 团队精神：具备良好的沟通能力，能与 Project Manager 和供应商顺畅对接。
• 基本条件：自备交通工具。
• 加分项：有一点点室内设计/装修行业的实习或工作经验更佳。
