If you already know the basics and want broader exposure, ownership, and mentorship — this is your next move.
What You’ll Do
- Support the design, programming, and implementation of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Wonderware)
- Assist with commissioning, troubleshooting, and system upgrades at regional manufacturing sites
- Participate in remote diagnostics and on-call support alongside senior engineers (eWON, TeamViewer, FactoryTalk)
- Maintain and update control panel schematics and electrical documentation (AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN)
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to improve uptime and process reliability
- Follow and support compliance with GMP, HACCP, NFPA 70E, and OSHA standards
- Contribute to project planning, testing, validation, and startup activities
What You Bring
- Degree or technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in automation and controls within manufacturing environments
- Working knowledge of PLC/HMI programming and industrial automation platforms
- Familiarity with industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profinet)
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues with guidance when needed
- Willingness to travel regionally and participate in on-call rotations
- Strong communication skills and a growth-oriented mindset
Why Join Us
- Competitive salary with clear advancement opportunities
- Direct mentorship from senior controls engineers
- Health, dental, and vision insurance
- Paid time off and holidays
- Continued training, certifications, and hands-on development
- A team culture that values accountability, learning, and performance
