About the role

Billion Sky Management Limited is seeking a talented Junior Cook / Kitchen Assistabt to join their team in Central Central and Western District. This is a full-time or part-time position, offering an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic hospitality environment.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting the Head Chef in the preparation and cooking of high-quality meals
• Ensuring dishes are presented to the highest standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
• Supporting the team in meeting production targets and providing excellent customer service
• Participating in menu development and contributing ideas to enhance the culinary offering
• Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Junior Cook or Kitchen Experience, preferably in a all rounder environment
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• A passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holiday
