KITCHEN HAND / JUNIOR COOK – CRONULLA

Eat Lebanese is looking for a reliable Kitchen Hand / Junior Cook to join our kitchen team in Cronulla.

This is a great role for someone who wants more than just a kitchen hand job. You don’t need years of experience — we’re happy to teach the right person.

You’ll start with the basics: dishes, cleaning, prep and helping keep the kitchen organised. As you become faster, more confident and learn our food, we’ll train you across prep, grill, fryer and service.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is reliable and turns up when they say they will
• Works hard and doesn’t need to be constantly chased
• Is clean, organised and comfortable working at pace
• Listens, learns and takes feedback well
• Gets along with the rest of the kitchen team
• Wants to improve and take on more responsibility
• Has some kitchen experience OR a genuine interest in learning to cook professionally

Experience is helpful, but attitude and reliability matter more to us for this position.

There is genuine room to progress here. If you prove yourself, we’ll teach you, give you more responsibility and develop you into a cook rather than keeping you stuck washing dishes.

The role:
Casual / part-time hours to start, with more hours available for the right person.

Evening and weekend availability is important.

We’re an established independent restaurant in Cronulla and have been operating for five years.
