Junior Corporate M&A Associate – Atlanta Location: Atlanta, GA

Experience: 1–2 Years PQE | Corporate & M&A Focus

A corporate practice is seeking a junior associate (1–2 years PQE) to join its Atlanta office focusing on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate transactions. The role offers hands-on experience with due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and coordinating closings alongside a skilled corporate team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support M&A transactions, including diligence, drafting, and closings
• Assist with general corporate matters, joint ventures, and commercial contracts
• Advise on entity formation, governance, and related corporate law issues
• Collaborate with team members to manage fast-paced workloads and client deliverables

Who You Are

• 1–2 years of M&A and corporate experience at a law firm
• Strong academic record and research/writing skills
• Admitted to practice in Georgia, eligible to waive in, or willing to sit for the Georgia Bar
• Exceptional project management, communication, and collaboration skills
