Junior Corporate Planning Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Corporate Planning Officer to support business planning, budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategic projects. This role plays a key part in supporting business performance, strategic planning, and organizational growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the preparation of business plans, budgets, and financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret financial, operational, and market data for planning and reporting purposes.
• Monitor company performance against targets, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and identify significant trends and variances.
• Prepare management reports and business presentations
• Conduct research and assist in the preparation of feasibility studies, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely submission of planning, budgeting, and reporting requirements.
• Support the implementation of strategic initiatives, special projects, and other corporate planning activities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related course (Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or any related fields)
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate planning, financial planning, business analysis, or any related functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications, particularly in MS Excel
• Good analytical and communication skills (oral and written)
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial and operational data
• Comfortable working with quantitative data, budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
