Junior Cost Analyst - Tangier

We are looking for a consultant in industrial cost analysis to support projects within a complex manufacturing environment.The role involves analyzing cost structures, identifying trends and discrepancies, and supporting decision-making through data-driven insights. You will act as a key interface between multiple departments to ensure alignment across project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and monitor industrial costs across different projects
• Identify cost drivers, trends, and root causes of variances
• Provide clear explanations and actionable recommendations based on data analysis
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize cost performance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, manufacturing, finance, etc.)
• Support project follow-up by ensuring cost consistency and transparency
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to cost optimization

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, reporting, etc.)
• Ability to interpret complex datasets and identify patterns
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical/financial concepts clearly
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment

Profile & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering
• Previous experience in cost analysis, controlling, or a similar role is a plus
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
• Italian is a strong plus
• Comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to quickly adjust to new projects and environments
