Junior Cost Controller

Job Responsibilities :

• Follow up with clients or concerned parties for details of terms and conditions.
• Recheck whether the standard terms and conditions meet the agreements.
• Obtain authorized signatures from both parties.
• Keep original contracts for filing and ensure each client's file is updated.
• Calculate stamp duty and endorsement costs for each commercial contract.
• Assist in checking employment contract conditions to ensure they align with commercial contracts and service agreements.
• Issue all invoices and ensure they are delivered to clients and ready for further payment processing.
• Understand contract terms and conditions to ensure accurate invoice issuance.
• Provide invoice copies to all concerned parties and file all invoices systematically.
• Prepare month-end accruals for the Accounting Department.
• Prepare monthly customer follow-up reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience or a strong background in Finance or Accounting.
• Organizational skills.
• Database and document management skills.
• Ability to multitask operations.
• Knowledge of the country's laws and regulations.
• Good computer literacy (MS Office).
• Language skills: Good in English.

Location: Bangkok (BTS Nana)

Working Days: Monday–Friday 08.00 - 17.00
