Junior Creative Communication

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who loves thinking in words — but doesn’t want to stop at words.

You’ll work across Copy, Creative Idea, Communication Idea and IMC Campaign, while collaborating closely with Art Director, Strategy and Marketing teams to bring ideas to life across both online and on-ground channels.

Responsibilities

• Develop Headline, Key Message, Copy and Creative Idea
• Translate communication objectives into creative concepts
• Think beyond copy — from Visual Idea to Campaign Experience
• Develop IMC ideas across Online, Social, KOL, Event and On-Ground Activation
• Work closely with Art Director and Marketing Team from idea development to execution
• Create campaign presentations and help communicate ideas clearly to internal teams and clients
• Keep up with Culture, Social Trends and consumer conversations

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Creative, Copywriting, Advertising or related fields
• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome
• Strong conceptual thinking and copywriting skills
• Able to think both creatively and strategically
• Interested in advertising, social media, pop culture and consumer trends
• Comfortable working across different types of brands and projects
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Portfolio is required
