Junior Creative Designer

Job Summary

The Junior Creative Designer supports the creative team in producing visually compelling design assets that strengthen brand identity and enhance marketing campaigns. This role focuses on creating graphics for digital platforms, e-commerce materials, and social media content while contributing creative ideas for campaigns and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Design e-commerce materials such as product images, promotional banners, and online store visuals.
• Assist in developing creative concepts and visual ideas for social media content and campaigns.
• Produce marketing materials including illustrations, layouts, and promotional graphics.
• Support the team in creating basic animations or motion graphics for social media and digital campaigns.
• Edit and enhance visual assets for digital and print use.
• Assist during photo and video shoots, applying basic photography and videography principles when needed.
• Stay updated with design trends, social media content styles, and creative innovations.
• Collaborate with the marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams to execute campaign visuals effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or similar tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics, animation, 3D for social media.
• knowledge in photography and videography is a plus
• Strong eye for layout, color, typography, and branding consistency.
• Ability to generate creative ideas for social media visuals and campaigns.
• Good collaboration skills and openness to feedback.
