Junior Creative Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Creative to join our creative team and support the production of engaging video and digital content for our social media, marketing campaigns, and other company projects.

This role is suitable for someone who is creative, hands-on, willing to learn, and comfortable with shooting and editing video content. You will work closely with the creative and marketing team to bring content ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, shooting, and editing video content for social media, advertisements, campaigns, and internal use.
• Develop creative ideas, visual concepts, and simple storyboards for video content.
• Assist in planning the flow, structure, and visual direction of videos.
• Edit and adapt video content into different formats for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Create basic motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects.
• Assist with content production from ideation and preparation to shooting, editing, revisions, and final delivery.
• Assist with production arrangements such as props, locations, equipment, and shooting schedules when required.
• Support the creative team in developing visuals and content for marketing campaigns and proposals.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative team to ensure content is delivered on time and according to the required objectives.
• Stay updated with current social media trends, video styles, and creative content formats.
• Perform other creative-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Multimedia, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, Film Production, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic experience in video shooting and video editing is preferred.
• Proficient in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or animation is an added advantage.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio or examples of previous creative/video work will be an added advantage.
