Junior Creative Strategist

Our client, a leading regional creative agency, with over 12 years of experience delivering top tier social media strategies across the UAE and KSA, they’ve partnered with some of the region’s most iconic brands to create engaging, human-centered content.

We are currently hiring a Junior Creative Strategist to join our client's team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support creative and content strategy for social media accounts.
• Develop content ideas, campaign concepts, content pillars, and platform-specific recommendations.
• Research social media trends, audience behaviour, competitors, and cultural insights.
• Work closely with content creators, designers, videographers, and account managers.
• Support content planning, campaign execution, and creative workflows.
• Monitor content performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Stay updated on emerging social media formats, trends, and platform updates.
• Manage assigned tasks and multiple priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media, creative strategy, or content strategy.
• Social media/creative agency experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Good creative thinking and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Arabic audiences and culture is preferred.
