What they need
Monitor premium receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
Issue payment reminders and statements of account to clients and brokers.
Reconcile customer and broker accounts and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain accurate debtor records and aging schedules.
Prepare weekly and monthly receivables reports.
Respond to payment-related enquiries and support the resolution of customer disputes.
Support debt recovery, audit and compliance activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
0–2 years’ experience in Credit Control, Receivables Management, Accounting or Finance.
NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
Basic accounting and financial reconciliation knowledge.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail, communication and analytical skills.
Good problem-solving, time management and teamwork skills.
Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an added advantage.
ICAN or other relevant professional certification is an added advantage.
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
